Linda K. Brobeck, FCAS, MAAA, CSPA, is a Director & Consulting Actuary with Pinnacle Actuarial Resources, Inc. in the San Francisco, California office. Linda has been in the property/casualty insurance industry since 1986 and has been providing actuarial consulting services since 2011. Her consulting career has focused on ratemaking and predictive modeling for several lines of insurance including personal and commercial automobile, homeowners, and professional liability. Linda serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Annual and Spring Meetings Planning Committee for the CAS and is a member of the CAS Examination Committee.

Thomas R. Kolde, FCAS, MAAA, is a Consulting Actuary with Pinnacle Actuarial Resources, Inc. in the firm’s Chicago office. Tom joined Pinnacle in 2013 and has 16 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry. His experience includes analysis of unpaid claim liabilities and predictive analytics for a variety of commercial, personal and specialty lines of insurance. Tom's clients include organizations from a number of industries including insurance, retail, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, health care and public administration. He has served as president of the Midwestern Actuarial Forum and co-chaired the CAS’s R Working Party. Tom is a former member of the CAS Examination Committee and the CAS Committee on Reserves.
