Like many people, it has always been my desire to give back to the communities that have shaped and touched my life. Organizations that may benefit from financial support or volunteerism come in many different shapes and sizes. It may be a non-profit serving those less fortunate, a place of worship, a school or college that helped form your professional life, or one of your favorite sports teams.

Maxwell’s paper titled Regulatory Review of ORSA Framework received the first place award. ORSA is a tool that will supplement the solvency monitoring responsibilities of state insurance regulators.

Delaware has updated its annual reporting requirements for captives. There are now two versions of the Annual Report due March 1 of each year, one for Pure Captives and Series Business Units (SBUs) only, and one for all other types of captives.
