Brittany serves as project manager for multiple traditional insurance companies, captive insurance companies, self-insured entities and public entities.
She regularly performs loss reserve, funding and feasibility analyses; rate filing reviews and simulation methods; and loss cost projections and risk margin calculations. She also assists with the preparation of statements of actuarial opinion and actuarial opinion summaries. She has worked with clients who write enterprise risk captive coverages, as well as more traditional coverages that include workers’ compensation, auto liability, general liability and auto physical damage.
Brittany assists with the development of several models used for loss fund projections and unpaid claims estimates. In addition, she assists with applications that create benchmark figures using publicly available data. Her research interests lie heavily in the analysis of industry annual statement information and rate filings to identify industry trends.
